Hi! Our names are Kyle and Makaya. We are a small breeder of designer Bernedoodles located in St.Joe, IN on 5 acres with our 7 purebred Bernese mountain dogs, Bailey, Iris, Maggie, Lilah, Luna & Nova, our 2 purebred Miniature Poodles Theo & Finley, and our 1 F1 Mini Bernedoodle Briella.

Our dogs are not confined to a kennel space, we have a huge fenced in area where they’re outside every day, exploring & getting exercise, or they’re with us in our home.

We spend each day making sure they are happy & healthy with a strict regime of vaccines, health checks, grooming and of course lots of love and attention. We go above and beyond for our puppies, parents—and our clients.

We pride ourselves in making sure extensive health testing is done before breeding to ensure the health of your pup. All of our dams & sires are AKC registered, PENN-hips certified & DNA & genetically health tested.

Each puppy gets individual care and love for the 8 weeks they are here. Our puppies are not confined to a kennel either—they rotate between the yard for outdoor playtime, in our home with us, car rides, or their nursery space which has lots of different toys to keep them occupied. We raise our puppies on a strict 10 step handling routine starting at 3 days old.

We also provide our puppies with lots of different neurological stimulations, outdoor playtime, car rides, grooming, and much more to help desensitize them, make them confident, fearless and prepare them for the real world. Our dogs and puppies are a part of our family.

Each puppy is also raised on a strict schedule of deworming and vaccinations, and will have a health exam signed by our vet prior to coming home.

Once you join the waitlist, I share constant updates on the puppies and mama from the time mama gets pregnant, updates on ultrasounds and X-rays, the puppies being born, etc. I also provide weekly updates and photos/videos of your puppy, what they are learning, how they’re developing, insights on personality, milestones and so much more.

You’ll be able to watch the puppies grow and personalities develop via Instagram stories/posts or texts almost every day, so when it’s time to choose your puppy (“Choosing Day”), you will know exactly which one will fit your family and lifestyle best.

Our puppies also begin potty training at 4 weeks. They are trained to either use a grated tray, or use the doggy door to go outside. By the time they are 8 weeks old they are fully going outside to potty—Bernedoodles are an extremely smart breed and they catch on very fast.

Choosing Day is at 5 weeks of age, when the puppies have received their first 5-way vaccine, have been examined by our vet, microchipped, & have had professional photos taken of them. Each customer will choose in order that the deposit was received. If you’re local we encourage you to come out to meet the puppies and mama to make your pick, if not, no worries, we also offer FaceTimes & photos/videos for you to be able to choose your puppy virtually.
